Named after Judge Lewis’ wife Emma, this cheery room features a vintage Queen bedroom set with a comfy pillow-top bed. Beautiful, original hardwood floors set the stage for the vintage reproduction wallpaper. After exploring our beautiful bridges or museums or after a day of shopping, take a step back in time and relax as our ancestors did — but with the modern amenities of a shower and soaking tub, complete with everything you need to pamper yourself (including bath bombs and plush robes). You will not find cable TV in Emmas room, but you will find a flat screen TV with a few channels and Netflix, as well as free Wi-Fi.
Judge Lewis’ Room
Judge Lewis’ room features two antique and very comfy, pillow-topped twin beds. These beds can be put together to make a King-sized bed if you prefer, but must be requested in advance. The Judge’s room also features an antique writing desk, original hardwood floors and complementing reproduction wallpaper. The attached bath includes a shower only and is also decorated with antiques and vintage era wallpaper. We invite you to kick back and relax here after you visit our beautiful community, just as the Judge might have done back in 1870 after a long day in court or working on his farm!
Common Areas & The Grounds
There’s lots of room to relax and unwind inside and outside at the Judge Lewis House. Our large yard is a beautiful setting for a wedding! We also have a park-like play area for children, complete with a furnished playhouse.
